Comes with desk, curtains, full length mirror, some hangers, one shelf. - One shelf in kitchen per roommate. Half a shelf in shared storage in hall closet. 1/4th of the hall closet by door (hanging jackets, storing shoes & shelf) - Shared fridge/freezer and stove. Kitchen table. Kitchen is fully equipped & use of shared dishes, pots and pans etc is included in the rent (but excludes a few things: details are in Roommate Agreement Contract) - Bathroom shared with one person, must clean once per week (take turns) - River access. Surrounded by park - Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Indoor swimming pool, Private Theatre, Billards Room, Lounge Communal Living Room (6 couches) surrounded by Library. - Also In Building: Laundry, Dep, Pharmacy, Salon, Sewing Store, Medical Doctor/Clinic. - No smoking in house or balcony. Surrounded by bike paths, it's easy to commute by bike. Free street parking in neighbourhood. Additional Expenses List: Key deposits (you get your deposit back when you return the keys at the end of the lease period) (building key which gives access to facilities, apartment key & laundry card $35 Water filtration system split 3 ways ($45 per year) Floor cleaner, counter sanitizer, garbage bags split 3 ways Professional Window Cleaning once a year split 3 ways at start of lease cycle, to be discussed Mailbox for the apartment is free but if you want a key you need to get your own post office box. Main room is a hybrid between studio & living room, to elaborate: sometimes the living room temporarily gets packed up when I do big projects like photoshoots because I have 10 foot backdrops.
