| I am looking for an English-speaking roommate (1 person) to share my 5 1/2 (3 bedrooms) apartment with me and another adult. Looking for an employed person or an active retiree. Third- and fourth-year university students (or higher) are welcome as well. Included in rent are all utilities with air conditioning, access to unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix (no cable TV), as well as to a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer (also a clothesline). Free parking available in front of the building. The private room for rent is clean, very sunny and nicely furnished, with a Twin size bed (which can be converted to a King size bed, if desired), large closet, two chests of drawers and a desk. The apartment is clean, bright, freshly renovated, quiet and comfortable, with a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances. It is located on the second floor of a triplex with 2 balconies to enjoy during the warm months. Very quiet neighbours in the building. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, 3 minutes walk from bus stops (bus 71 or 73), 5 minutes drive from hi-way 134, 10 minutes drive from Terminus Longueuil and Jacques-Cartier Bridge and a short walking distance from a pharmacy, post office, some grocery stores and restaurants. I am looking for a neat, easy-going yet respectful, responsible person, a team-player, who will clean their own room, pick-up after themselves and share some chores, since we share the apartment. Looking for someone who likes a peaceful environment. Non-smokers only, please. Cannot have cat allergy. The room will be available on May 1st. for $750 per month. Security deposit required.
