Je propose une chambre chez moi qui va se libérer a partir du 3 Juillet pour faire une coloc court terme / moyen terme voir long terme si ca marche bien. Merci de me faire savoir si vous êtes intéressé(e) ou si vous connaissez quelqu'un en recherche active d'une chambre. L'appart se situe au plateau Mont-Royal a deux pas de l'avenue Mont-Royal. Transports en commun a proximité; station BIXI au pied de l'appart, métro mont-royal à 10min de marche. L'appartement est tout équipé et la chambre est entièrement meublée; plus qu'a poser vos valises ! L'appartement dispose d'une connexion haut-débit(fibre) et tout est inclus dans le loyer. ♂️En ce qui me concerne je suis un trentenaire arrivé a Montréal il y'a deux ans et qui travail a temps plein dans le domaine de l'informatique, ouvert d'esprit, qui aime aussi bien chiller a l'appart (amateur de jeux vidéos et séries / films!) que faire du sport (Escalade, vélo, gym etc...) ou bien partir les fins de semaine pour faire des petits road-trips. Merci de me laisser une présentation pour savoir qu'est ce que vous faites en ce moment à Montréal. Je recherche une personne sérieuse, propre et respectueuse si possible moyenne d'âge suivante : 25-35ans. Je précise que je recherche une personne qui : ✔a DEJA fais de la colocation et qui est prête a s'investir pour que la colocation soit agréable et harmonieuse. ✔ Vous êtes quelqu'un avec une belle santé mentale, bienveillant(e) et prêt a vivre en colocation, communiquer quand les choses vont bien (et surtout quand elles vont pas bien!!) ✔Je recherche également une personne qui soit dans la vie active ou bien étudiant avec un emploi a côté. Public transport nearby; BIXI station at the foot of the apartment, mont-royal metro a 10-minute walk away and buses very close by too. The location is excellent.
