If rent is not paid by the 25th life will get very difficult by the 26th. - There is a deposit of a ½ month's rent. This is returned upon leaving - permitting no rules are broken & apartment is returned in go condition. - Rent is the entire month - if you leave the 15th of January you still have to pay the entire rent (unless you find a replacement). - Dates you may leave: January 1st - May 1st - June 1st - September 1st. You must give 30 days notice. You may leave anytime if you find someone to replace you. - You won't get kicked out of the apartment without good reason (i.e., you aren't paying rent) Dm for questions or more information. |
