| Located in Montréal Nord, on the 2nd floor of a triplex apartment building, 2 rooms available right now, all included ; Electricity and wifi internet, washing and drying machine, room C the smaller one ; 550$ room A the biggest one ; 620$ has a bed, huge desk, table, chair, good view of outside trees, squirrels, big window ) looking for someone non smoker, no weed either, NO DRUGS WHATSOEVER !! ) SOBER QUIET AND CLEAN, and serious and mature person, if you're allergic to Cats forget it cause I got a Cat and she walks around in the kitchen sometimes but she stays with me in my room, anyway we had problems with the previous 2 people who rented the rooms they were not clean and they made loud noise closing doors hard and other things, doing drugs such as marijuana and crack cocaine and it was very unpleasant bothersome, so we won't tolerate any drugs, loud noise such as radio or TV or talking loud on the phone either because the walls are thin and everything echos throughout the apartment, I need to mention it cause some people are too dumb or selfish to show consideration for others or to realise it if you don't tell them to be considerate for others !!
