Nous quitterions pour le 1er octobre 2024, pour 1er novembre 2024 ou même pour le 1er décembre 2024 (nous sommes flexibles quant à la date de cession de bail). Le bail se termine le 1er mai, mais il est possible de le renouveler. Tous les électroménagers sont inclus (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four, machine à laver et sécheuse). Le loyer actuel est de 1940 $ par mois pour un 4 ½ (inclus l’eau chaude). L’immeuble de notre appartement est complètement neuf. Il a été construit en 2019. L’appartement se situe dans un bloc de condos locatifs (environ 80 condos). Les particularités du logement : - Le logement est très moderne ; il a été construit en 2019 (comptoirs en quartz, plafonniers, large fenestration, etc.). - Le condo locatif comprend un système d’air climatisé et d’échangeur d’air. - Le logement est très bien insonorisé. - L’appartement dispose d’un balcon donnant sur la rue Lajeunesse. - Il y a un stationnement sous-terrain relié à l’immeuble (il faut toutefois payer sa place de stationnement). - L’appartement se situe à moins d’une minute de marche de la station de métro Sauvé et de plusieurs lignes d’autobus (121, 140, 180, 460). - L’immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur (avantage pour les personnes à mobilité réduite). - L’électricité et le Wi-Fi ne sont pas inclus dans le loyer. - Les animaux sont acceptés (les chats et les chiens), il faut simplement une autorisation de la compagnie propriétaire. ____________________________ Hi, My boyfriend and I would like to transfer our lease for our apartment located in Montreal, at the corner of rue Sauvé Est and rue Lajeunesse in Montreal. We would leave by October 1, 2024, November 1, 2024 OR December 1, 2024 (we are flexible). The lease ends on May 1st, but you can renew it. All appliances are included (fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and dryer). The current rent is $1940 per month for a 4 ½ (including hot water). The building is completely new. It was been built in 2019. The apartment is in a block of rental condos (approximately 80 condos). The particularities of the accommodation: - The accommodation is very modern. It was built in 2019 (quartz counters, ceiling lights, large windows, etc.). - The rental condo includes an air conditioning and air exchanger system. - The accommodation is very well soundproofed. - The apartment has a balcony overlooking rue Lajeunesse. - There is underground parking connected to the building (you must, however, pay for your parking space). - The apartment is located less than a minute’s walk from the Sauvé metro station and several bus lines (121, 140, 180, 460). - The building has an elevator (advantage for people with reduced mobility). - Electricity and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent. - Animals are accepted (cats and dogs), you simply need authorization from the owning company. |
