Il est à 5 minutes d’une station de métro et près de tout; universités, centre-ville, pharmacie, épiceries, restaurants, parcs, pistes cyclables, etc. Il est tout près du parc Lafontaine et du Plateau Mont-Royal. Il y a une autre pièce qui peut servir de chambre ou de bureau meublé ou non. Idéal pour un couple ! Aussi, j’ai un chat de 16 ans qui a toujours habité ici et j’aimerais bien trouver des locataires qui adorent les chats et qui voudraient bien s’en occuper quand je serai parti pour quelques mois, il est très affectueux, mais ce n’est pas une obligation. It's in a very well maintained condo complex and my neighbors are very quiet. The condo is located towards the interior courtyard and not on the frontage of rue Papineau. It is 5 minutes from a metro station and close to everything; universities, city center, pharmacy, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, bike paths, etc. It is near the Lafontaine parc and the Plateau Mont-Royal. There is another room that can be used as a bedroom or office, furnished or unfurnished. Perfect for a couple! Also, I have a 16 year old cat who has always lived here and I would like to find tenants who love cats and who would be willing to take care of him when I am gone for a few months, he is very affectionate, but this is not an obligation. The rental is $1995,00 per month, but I will reduce the rent of 300,00$ per month with the cat if part of the contract (to be discussed). |
