| Hello! I am looking for a female (preferably student) to sublet my room while I am away on exchange for the Winter semester. The apartment will be available from December 15th, 2024 to the end of August 2025 but dates are flexible. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The apartment is on the street level and is fully furnished. There is a desk, bed, closet and chair and a washer and dryer in the unit. Amenities are included in the rent price of $883, except for hydro. It is located in the Plateau area and is very walking friendly! Located just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, gyms and parks. It is a 15-minute walk from McGill University and Place Des Arts metro station. My roommates, Sara and Beyza will be living in the apartment. They are both 3rd year McGill students and are super friendly, social, respectful and clean.
