Includes 3 amazing roommates, everyone is a student at Concordia. (Students preferred from any uni!) - 4 bedroom apartment - 3 bathrooms - Balcony - Washer and dryer - Court yard - Very spacious living room and kitchen Rent is 957.50$, with wifi and utilities included it will come to about 1000$. However during the colder months this may vary due to cost of heating. Also there is a huge window in the room that overlooks the courtyard, so there is a lot of natural light that is not depicted in the photo!
