Le condo est situé tout près de la Technopôle Angus avec un Provigo, des restaurants et quelques magasins. Il est aussi à 12min de marche ou 6min d’autobus du métro Joliette. L’unité est au 2e étage du bâtiment avec un ascenseur disponible à l’entrée. L’aire commune est très lumineuse et il y a même un petit balcon parfait pour prendre son café le matin pendant l’été :) La laveuse et sécheuse sont dans l’unité, avec air climatisé et balayeuse centrale. I am ideally looking for a respectful and tidy 20-30 year old woman to replace my old roommate. The condo is located near the Technopôle Angus where there is a Provigo and some restaurants and shops. It is also a 12min walk or 6min bus ride away from the Joliette metro. The unit is on the second floor of the building with an elevator available at the entrance. The common area is full of light and there is even a small balcony perfect to have a morning coffee during the summer :) Washer and dryer are in-unit, including A/C and a central vacuum system.
