| Bonjour, je cède mon bail d'une chambre privée à louer dans un grand 7 1/2 dans Ahunstic, disponible dès maintenant. C'est un bel appartement bien situé à 5-10 minutes de marche de la station de métro Henri-Bourassa. La chambre n'est pas meublée, mais le reste de l'appartement est complètement équipé avec laveuse-sécheuse. C'est une collocation étudiante de deux homme et deux femmes. Les collocs sont très gentils et respectueux, on a adopté un chat ensemble! Écrivez-moi si vous avez des questions. J'aimerais rapidement trouver quelqu'un de gentil et qui fittera dans la vibe de l'appart. I am transfering my lease for a nice room in a big 7 1/2 in Ahuntsic. There are four people total living here and the current roomates, one girl and two guys, are all in their twenties and really nice! The room is available right away (I've moved out to live with an elderly relative). The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk away from Henri-Bourassa metro station, really easy commute. There are many fun and practical businesses nearby, it's a quiet area and there is easy access to the Prairie river's running trails. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully equipped, including washer and dryer. Rent is 455 a month and we split the wifi and hydro, about 20$ a month on top of this.
