| Hi!! I am subletting my cute 3.5 in Mile End for 3 months from July 20 to October 19 (with the possibility of extending if all goes well - up to 6-9 months). The apartment is in the lively Mile End (voted one of the best neighborhoods in the world), on the top floor of a duplex on a quiet street a short walk from cafes, bars, restos, groceries, parks, etc. It comes fully furnished and has an open living room/bedroom with smart TV and air purifier, a small window AC unit if needed in the summer, a small but charming bathroom with a tub, a good-sized kitchen with basic appliances, high ceilings throughout, and a front balcony that gets some nice afternoon light. The price is $1750, which includes everything - hydro, unlimited internet (as long as you use heating/hot water/AC within reason). It is pet friendly (one well-behaved cat or dog or other - no discrimination here). I’m looking for someone clean, trustworthy and respectful. This is strictly no-smoking, and not a party place. A plus if you like plants and wouldn't mind watering them once a week. It is pretty much turn-key (just bring sheets, towel and a suitcase!) I have someone subletting the apartment at the moment so we’ll have to do a quick introductory facetime before organising a visit :) Like I said, my dates are flexible if I find the right person! The only downside is that the little washing machine is temperamental (it only works half the time), so a laundromat would be ideal. A $300 damage deposit will be given back if the place is clean and in good condition when I return :) (I speak French too!) |
