Beautiful fully furnished apartment for short term rental(we are going away for 4 months). Note: we will still have some belongings in our closets. We need someone who is comfortable with this situation. Also there is no in building parking, arrangements have to be made with the city. Looking for a responsible tenant who looks after the furnishing and apartment. We will request forwarding us any mail that’s mailed out. All utilities included (hydro up to $75 a month). Requirement: must be a professional/ if student need proof of funds. Must show proof of income. And credit report.
