| I am looking for a female (preferred) student in Montreal who is looking to sublet (or preferably lease transfer - in which case it would end in May) my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment (with a balcony!) steps away from McGill University from January to April 2025. It is fully furnished with a couch (new) that pulls out to become a bed, a queen-sized bed, barstools, a desk, a 42" TV, and appliances (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, and oven). It also has a lot of storage, with a large walk-in closet/pantry by the front door, a closet in the bedroom, and a closet by the bathroom. The rent is 1300 per month. Wifi and utilities are included in the price. Amenities include a gym, study room, large laundry room, and nearby convenience store. All decorations will be taken down before you move in. |
