| Hello! I’m currently looking for a female-identifying roommate for my large 4.5 located across from Girouard Park, also very close to Vendome station, Westmount, and Monkland. I’m currently working remotely and have a cat, your cat is welcome to join as long as they get along with other cats as I also cat sit. I’m looking to share the apartment with someone who is very responsible, very clean, and considerate, with experience living with roommates. I’m in my late twenties and really value peace and calm in the apartment, so ideally my next roommate would also see the apartment at as a place for relaxation. Rent ($720) + charges (hydro, wifi) ranges from ~$775 - ~$830 depending mainly on heat usage.
