Apartment is also located near every amenities you could wish for including the metro which is less then 5 min away. The area and the building itself are very quiet but if you walk a few blocks down you find yourself in the heart of downtown night life. You will not find a room in the heart of downtown Montreal for any cheaper. The rent I am charging covers Internet and hot water. Potential roommates will also be expected to clean up after themselves be respectful and responsible. Very good for Dawsn college or Concordia`s students -Near cinemas (Pepsi forum), restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and AleixsNehon malls. -less then 5 minutes away from Metro Atwater. -less then 6 minutes away from metro guy-concordia. -Near PA, IGA, Provigo, Adonis and a one metro station away to super C grocery stores. -less then 15 min away from westmont parc.
