The place was decorated with taste by a team of professional decorators and is spacious enough for two people. Perfect for a single man as well. It includes a closed bedroom with a queen size bed. One of the things that I absolutely loved about the condo when I saw it for the first time was that the couch in the living room featured buttons on both sides to lay the seats completely flat if needed. Also, a modern fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, washer, dryer and dishwasher are included in the unit!! There is a sky lounge on the 54th floor and a pool + a sauna room on the 3rd floor that you will be able to use. The building is a two-minute walk from two metro stations, Lucien-L’Allier and Bonaventure, both on the orange line. The stations are connected to the building so you don’t have to go out to take the metro if you don’t like walking outside in the cold. You can even access the malls on Sainte-Catherine, go to China Town or Old Montreal while staying in the underground all the way through! Very convenient during the winter!! I have lived there for two entire years and Loris stayed almost just as long. We were very respectful tenants that took good care of the place, so it would be awesome if the next one(s) could be as caring as we were.
