Despite being a “basement” unit, there are nonetheless windows and natural light in every room. Everything is included. All you have to do is move in. Note that everything in this apartment is mini. The apartment is an excellently appointed small space, with a LOW CEILING. Fantastic downtown location, near all amenities, Concordia and McGill Universities, and a short walk to Guy Concordia Metro. Everything in this 1-bedroom, 500 square-foot apartment is MINI (the ceiling is low, the appliances are little, the bathroom is compact) -- it’s a cute unit, and it’s a great option if you want a really nice apartment, in a fantastic location, without breaking the bank. I call it a Mini Hobbit Hole because the ceiling of the apartment is uniquely low, ranging from 6 feet 5 inches down to 6 feet 2 inches in some spots, with the frame of the doorway to the bathroom hanging lower than 6 feet. So do note that if you are very tall, this may not be the apartment for you. For everyone else, the Hobbit Hole is available as of May 1st, for stays of varying durations, starting at $1895. |
