About me: I am a quirky extroverted introvert who likes all things artsy. I work from home and appreciate a clean, serene space. I have enjoyed sharing my place hosting people from around the world but I’m now looking for something more long term. I speak English, French and Spanish. About the apartment: The apartment is fully furnished, including your bedroom (double bed, shelves, desk, closet). Pet friendly! Laundry in the building. 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. Close to the 103, 168, 138, 66, 63, 51, and 24 bus lines and a 10 minute walk to Villa Maria metro station. Free public street parking. Walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, banks, cafés etc. Great location! The cost is 625$ rent + Hydro + Internet = 725$ total. You will need to have your own tenant insurance. About you: I am looking for someone who also enjoys a balance of socializing and alone time, and who would like to create a cozy communal space for us both to thrive in. Note: I am a longtime vegan, and while I don't expect you to be, I am hoping to find someone who is ok with minimal meat or dairy in the kitchen we share.
