| I have one room available for rent in my apartment. The room is large, bright and clean. It measures 4.6m x 4m (15' x 13') with a window facing north (the backyard). It has its own private bathroom! The rent is $470 per month which includes all utilities and high speed Internet. The room is fully furnished. The apartment is suitably made for sharing: three bathrooms, large kitchen, two fridges, stove, washer and dryer. The house is located in a quiet street across a metro station on the green line with quick access to the downtown, UQAM, McGill or Concordia universities. I am a middle-aged professional man running a busy life. I am into arts: photography, video and poetry and, have made a few documentaries. I also speak French though not fluently. Yet, French speakers are equally welcome. I enjoy occasionally hanging out with roommates, sharing a meal, or having tea/coffee and cookies together. The other roommates are currently two young women (professional / student). Interested people, please send me a message with a brief description of yourself, what you do, for how long you need to stay and, how I can reach you (by phone number or email). I am looking for people who do not smoke inside the apartment (nor in their rooms). Moreover, we cannot have pet here. The room will be available starting early August.
