| Hello. I am doing a lease transfer for the renovated studio I live in. It's located very close to McGill University, the Jean Mance Park, the Mont-Royal Park, grocery stores, a metro station and Saint-Laurent street. The date on which I'd like to transfer it is August 1st, however a transfer earlier than that date is perfectly acceptable. Please write to me the date for which you would like it, keeping in mind ~1 weeks' time is needed to complete the transfer form and submit it for approval to the leasing office. The couch which is present in the pictures I have taken will be sold shortly, as will the bed and bedframe. The only furniture pieces I expect to leave in the unit are the bookshelf and shelf, both made of wood. On the subject of utilities, the tenant shall pay for his internet and tenant's insurance. The apartment complex pays for the tenant's electricity bill, water bill and heating. There is an included and free air conditioning unit. My studio completed renovations in February. I moved in on February 14th, and the lease will be renewable on that date, should the tenant desire to remain living in the unit. It's optional. The apartment has a fridge, stove, oven, bathtub, one large closet, one small closet, a pantry with shelves and whatever else can be seen in the photos. My building allows people to have a small dog or two cats. I do not have a pet. Some amenities of the building are security 24 hours a day 7 days a week and a parcel locker to contain packages delivered from Amazon and other couriers. Underground parking is available for an extra fee. One can also access several shops through an underground passageway, something that many folks take advantange of during the frosty winter months. On top of this, there's a large laundry room in the building equipped with a large number of machines and an on-site maintenance team. Please note that I will not be doing a lease transfer after August 1st. As a remidender, it is available on August 1st and earlier --- one could move in before July ends, subject to prorated rent. Employment and/or 6 months' rent and/or student-status at a university are required by the leasing office. One must have a credit score above 650. |
