The available bedroom is also already furnished with a double bed, desk, office chair, side table, dresser, study table, clothing rack, and shoe rack. The existing furniture set can be acquired for a negotiable one-time payment of $350. This is a full lease transfer. I currently hold the full lease ($2400) on the apartment. Three bedrooms are already occupied with subletters (each young professionals; female) who pay monthly rent to me, according to bedroom size. I am seeking a tenant who will continue this arrangement, assuming the full lease and existing sublet agreements.
