My previous roommate has graduated and we’re looking for someone to transfer her lease to starting September 1st 2024 (12 month lease, to end on August 2025) I’m looking for a female (or woman identifying) roommate! I’m very organized and like to keep up with cleaning/chores:) About the apartment: ⭐️2 Bedroom apartment ⭐️Right next to the Guy-Concordia Metro (3 min walk) ⭐️Fully furnished with appliances, TV, laundry and dryer in-unit, and wifi included! ⭐️ Very spacious and lots of natural light ⭐️ Rent TOTAL is $2,475 + HydroQuebec fees (according to landlord it’s $75 per month) =for an approximate of $1,280 per month (per person), including all bills. ⭐️Pictures included are taken from the property’s website, for an IRL video message me:)!!! |
