Il est situé sur une rue tranquille, bien desservie par le transport en commun, pistes cyclables et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la station Viau. Il y a des cafés, d’excellents restaurants, le marché Maisonneuve, pharmacie et plein d’autres commerces à proximité. J’habite dans cet appartement depuis 9 ans. Il est situé au dernier étage, possède deux balcons. La chambre est située à l’arrière et donc très tranquille. Elle mesure 11 1/2 pieds par 9 pieds ( 3.5m 2.75m) Elle est non meublée. Je travaille et étudie dans le milieu de la culture, j’ai un chat. Je suis à la recherche d’une personne relativement tranquille, fiable avec qui partager mon milieu de vie! Le loyer augmentera à 490$ au mois de juillet. Il faut ajouter environ 80$ pour les assurances, internet et hydro. It is located on a quiet street, well served by public transport, cycle paths and about ten minutes’ walk from Viau station. There are cafes, excellent restaurants, the Maisonneuve market, pharmacy and many other shops nearby. I have lived in this apartment for 9 years. It is located on the top floor, has two balconies. The bedroom is located at the back and therefore very quiet. It measures 11 1/2 feet by 9 feet (3.5m 2.75m) It is unfurnished. I work and study in the cultural sector, I have a cat. I am looking for a relatively quiet, reliable person with whom to share my living environment! The rent will increase to $490 in July. You have to add around $80 for insurance, and bills |
