Les dates sont relativement flexibles, ça pourrait être du mi- novembre ou 1 decembre jusqu'au janvier ou plus tard. Le loyer est $1500 à la base plus des frais d'internet et hydro. Sublet The apartment is a 4 1/2 (two closed bedrooms) with double living room close to Laurier metro, charming, with a nice balcony, washer/dryer. It has been recently renovated and is close to everything! Cafés, restos, metro. I am a musician and I need to travel this winter, so I'm looking for someone organized, emotionally healthy etc. Dates are flexible, but I'm looking for mid-November or December 1 until early January.
