| SUMMER SUBLET - LARGE PLATEAU 4 1/2 *SHORT TERM RENTAL, ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ONE MONTH, JULY 23 - AUG 23* Hello! I'm gonna be traveling for a month this summer, and I'd love to sublet my place. I've been living here for 2 years now, and I really love it. It's got: -2 closed bedrooms (one double bed, one king bed) -A home office setup in the 2nd bedroom -1.5 bathrooms (a full bathroom and a water closet) -A huge open-concept kitchen/living/dining room (with projector and screen!) -Massive, sunny windows -A very glamorous dressing room / boudoir outside the main bedroom Location: 3687 Clark, at the corner of Guilbault Cost: asking for $1375 to cover my costs for the month (I pay $1265 rent plus about $110 for internet and hydro) I’ll prioritize people who are willing to stay/pay for the whole month I'm away. Also: I could leave a day or two early and come home a little later, if that would make it easier for someone to stay here! |
