| Looking for a single female roommate to share a condo in long term rental in the heart of downtown Montreal at TDC1. This is a luxury 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom condo. Currently, a female McGill University student rented out a bedroom and now I am looking for another single female to rent second bedroom. So, you will share living space and bathroom with this student. The cost is $1,400/monthly. The lease will start September 1st, 2024, with a minimum 1-year contract. Please note that this bedroom is ONLY for a SINGLE FEMALE and not for male. The students and professionals are preferred. In the condo included: Electricity, heating, central air conditioning, hot water, internet, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fully furnished, kitchen supplies and bedding. In the building included: * 24-hour security. * Indoor common lounge; * Fully equipped gym; * Urban chalet common amenities with swimming pool, lounge area, and BBQ; * High speed elevators; Terms and conditions: - The LESSEE will submit to a credit investigation. - The LESSEE shall provide a work reference, job contract and salary. - The LESSEE will take out a liability insurance of $2,000,000 valid for the duration of the lease and provide proof. - The consumption and cultivation of cannabis inside and outside of condo is prohibited. - No Airbnb - Non-smoking. - No Pets. - No sub-lease - The LESSEE shall respect the building rules and bylaws. - The LESSEE is responsible for the moving (in/ out) fee if applicable.
