| Hi! We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate to sublet the 3rd room in my apartment starting January 1st (or before). We’re about a 25 min walk to McGill campus, and a 10 minute walk to Mont Royal Metro. Located in the upper plateau at Mont-Royal and St-Urbain (right near Jeanne-Mance). The room is $640 INCLUDING wifi and heat. Hydro is paid monthly and is usually an additional $10. The room itself is large, has a closet and private balcony. The apartment also has a washer and dryer. You will live with 2 roommates in their mid 20's. Preferably looking for a graduate student or young professional. Keeping our space clean is really important to us and we are looking for someone who is proactive and participates in this goal. Please pm me if you’re interested! |
