| Avenue du parc lafontaine English below ----‐--------- 4 ½ en plein coeur du plateau Mont royal, adjacent à l'immense parc lafontaine, à proximité du métro Mont royal ou Sherbrooke ( 10 min à pied ) L'appartement est tout équipé ( laveuse, sécheuse, cuisine équipé ) et a également un grand balcon qui fait toute la longueur de l'appartement ! La chambre sera à meublé et elle est assez grande pour mettre un lit queen size, un petit bureau et une table de nuit Le loyer pour la chambre est de 1030$ sans charge ( wifi très haut débit à 25$/mois et électricité à ~30-40$/ mois ) Et la colocation se fera avec moi même, Kiliann, 29 ans, français habitant à Montréal depuis un peu plus d'un an, je suis bartender dans un bar à cocktail proche de l'appartement ( plutôt pratique pour se faire offrir des verres après une bonne journée de travail ) Je suis quelqu'un de plutôt calme, curieux de tout, honnête et très respectueux Allons boire un verre avec ou sans alcool, pas de jugement ^^ pour se rencontrer ! 4 ½ in the heart of the plateau Mont-Royal, right next to the huge parc Lafontaine and nearby the metro Mont-Royal or Sherbrooke ( 10 min walk ) The flat is fully equipped ( washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen) and a big balcony aswell ! You'll need to furnish the bedroom and it's big enough to put a queen size bed, a desk and a nightstand The rent for the room is 1030$ without charges ( count 25$/month for high speed internet and ~30-40$/months for electricity) And you're gonna have me as a roommate, Kiliann, 29 yo, living in Montreal over a year now I'm a bartender in a bar right next to the appartement ( pretty cool so I can offer you a drink after a hard day of work ) I'm relatively calm, curious about everything, honest and very respectful Come have a drink with me, with or without alcohol, no judgment ^^ and let's meet and chat ! |
