| Rent: 700 incl Internet. Heat is electric, bill will be split. Looking for a short-term roommate from November 1st or later to May 1st, 2025 while my current roommate is out of the country. Priority goes to those looking for the full period, but shorter is possible at a higher rate. No preference for gender, but some preference will be given to those who would be open to the possibility of me fostering a cat at some point during your stay (still contemplating). Apartment is 10 min from Beaubien metro, 5 minutes from the 55 bus, 10 min from the 80 bus. Close to amazing pizza, a ton of restaurants, and all that Little Italy has to offer. Room and apartment is furnished, including kitchenware and such. but bedding is not provided (e.g. sheets, blankets, and pillows). The room includes a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, large closet, curtains, and a small table. The pictures are recent so they accurately reflect how things are in the apartment and room. Shared laundry is in the basement of the building. I am 33, male (he/him), PhD student and part time worker both from home and sometimes from office. I’m decently social but am in the midst of writing my thesis so will probably be around the apartment more often than not. I love film, music, making and enjoying art, video and board games, cooking, baking, and always down for a nice chat.
