| Hello, we are looking for a 3rd new roommate (we would prefer to share the apartment with another female). Someone who can take the lease of our current roommate. We would be sharing a Bright, spacious and nicely renovated 6½ apartment located on the main floor in a detached 4plex. There is air conditioning in the main area, a washer and dryer, a shared balcony and a backyard. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The apartment is located next to metro Prefontaine and Bixi stations. 15 minutes to downtown via metro. There is a supermarket (Maxi & Provigo located 700 meters away), depanneurs, and gym. The room is big, has one window and has a view of a Park. The room is not furnished. You will share the apartment with Lisa and Camelia. Lisa studies fashion and couture and Camelia works on sales. We are looking for someone respectful, clean and friendly. The room will be available from Juin 1st, 2024; the 1st-month deposit is at the lease signature. No pets, non-smoking in the house. Nous partagerons un grand appartement 6 1/2, lumineux et récemment rénové au Rez de chaussée. Il y a un climatiseur, laveuse et sécheuse, un balcon et un jardin. L'appartement est complètement meublé et équipé. L'appartement se trouve à une minute du métro Prefontaine sur la ligne verte et d'une station Bixi. Il faut 15minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville. Il y a des supermarchés (Maxi & Provigo a 700m), dépanneurs, salle de sport proches. A 2minutes a pied de le rue Ontario. La chambre est grande, possède une grand fenêtre et offre une vue sur le parc. La chanbre n'est pas meuble. Vous partageriez l'appartement avec Lisa et Camelia. Lisa étudie la mode et la couture, et Camelia travail sure less ventes. Nous recherchons quelqu'un de respectueux, propre et amical. La chambre sera disponible a partir du 1er Juin 2024. Pas d'animaux, non-fumeur à l'intérieur. Il y'a aura une enquête de crédit réalisée par le propriétaire. Le premier loyer sera versé à la signature du bail Le loyer est de 717$, services non-inclus.
