| One bedroom ($945) available from January, 6 mins from Verdun/De l'Église metro. Hello!! I'm looking for a roommate to come join me and my cat in a 4 1/2 in Verdun from January onwards. Exchange students/one semester stays is also fine! You will have the master bedroom and it will come furnished ($945), including all utilities. I'm (she, 27) looking for someone around my age who is tidy, respectful and looking to be friends as well as roommates! The place is super cozy and comes with a backyard (with a TREE and a neighborhood of cats who like to visit). I work from home so would prefer a quieter home environment during the day. There is a washer and dryer in unit. We are about 3-5 mins away from the lovely Promenade Wellington, where you can find groceries (Metro, IGA) and a variety of other stores!
