Je cède ma chambre dans une colocation de 4 étudiants dans le quartier Milton Parc, disponible à partir du 1er juillet Loyer : 939$/mois, wifi inclus. Dans la chambre, un grand lit avec matelas, couverture et oreillers, un bureau, une chaise, un grand placard. L'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé, presque neuf, et il y a une laverie dans l'immeuble. À proximité, de nombreux commerces et restaurants, 10min à pied de la station Place-des-Arts, plusieurs bus à 3min à pied, et à 10min à pied du Mont-Royal. Normalement il y aura de nouveaux colocataires pour cet été. Voici une petite présentation des autres colocataires : Moi c'est Hanaé, 21 ans, étudiante en école ingénieur agronome actuellement en stage de sociologie à McGill. J'aime bien sortir découvrir la ville et aimerai bien aller tester le beach volley cet été. Même si j'aime bien être tranquille dans ma chambre, papoter en cuisinant est toujours un plaisir. Je m'appelle Enguerrand, j'ai 23 ans et je fais un stage à KPMG. Je suis quelqu'un de calme et qui aime faire du sport. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, almost new, also there's a laundry in the building. Nearby you’ll find a lot of shops and restaurant. In addition, the apartment is within a 10min walk to Place-des-Arts station, several buses within 3min walking distance, and a 10min walk to Mont-Royal.
