| Une chambre non-meublée à louer dans un 5½ appartement meublée. La chambre est disponible le 11 juillet. Location à long terme préférée. La chambre a une belle grande fenêtre qui s’ouvre et coûte 550$ par mois plus un troisième de l’électricité et d’Internet. À ce moment, l’internet et l’ électricité coûte 150$ par mois. Donc, divisé en 3 voies, Internet et l’électricité coûtent 50$ chacun. Si notre consommation d’ électricité augmente considérablement, j’aurai besoin de partager ce coût. L’appartement de 5½ est lumineux et spacieux, au dernier étage d’une maison et dans un quartier agréable et calme. Nous sommes à 8 minutes à pied de la station de métro Fabre. Et j’ai une laveuse et une sécheuse. Je suis un musicien et j’ai déménagé à ici pour la scène de la danse swing. La danse swing à Montréal est phénoménale. J’ai vécu avec des colocataires toute ma vie et je l’apprécie vraiment. Je recherche des colocataires tranquille, responsable, et avec l’expérience à vivre en colocation. One unfurnished room for rent in a non-smoking, furnished 5 ½ apartment. The room is available July 11th. Long term rentals preferred. The room has a nice big window that opens and it costs $550/month plus one third of the hydro and internet. At the moment, the internet and hydro come to $150/month total. So, split 3 ways, the internet and hydro come to $50 each. If our electrical consumption increases dramatically, I’ll need to split that cost. The 5 ½ apartment is bright and spacious, on the top floor of a house and in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. We’re an 8 minute walk from the Fabre metro station. And I have a washer and a dryer. A bit about me, I am a musician and I moved to Montreal for the swing dance scene. The swing dancing here is phenomenal. I’ve lived with roommates my entire life and I genuinely enjoy it. I’m looking for roommates who are considerate, easy going, tidy and able to communicate well. |
