| Room for rent in a nice large 2-bedroom apartment to share with a quiet mature is located on a nice street in the Mile-end, on Hutchison Street and Bernard professional female artist. I meditate and do yoga; I have a very healthy lifestyle. The apartment, closed to everything, bus, metro, restaurants,10 minutes to Mac Gill 15 to downtown, 5 minutes to metro Outremont. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and sunny, the room is medium size, sunny, facing trees, large terrace at the back of the apartment. No cats or dogs. Rent is $720. The room is furnished with a new double bed, desk and side table bed. I am looking for a clean, mature, responsible, quiet, no smoking person who studies outside the apartment like I do, someone who could provide me with rental reference. Please describe yourself. |
