| The monthly rent is $700 and available starting in August. The room is a good size, split between main room and bed cove, and has a closet. The room is facing south and has a balcony. There is furniture available to purchase from the current tenant who is leaving. -Sofa (three seats) -Bed and mattress -Desk and chair -Shelves (corner in the desk) -Rug The large 7 ½ apartment situated on the third floor of a triplex. It is spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood but is an older apartment with character. We are looking for a mature female roommate, either graduate student or working. The current tenants are a mature working male and female. The apartment is furnished, but there is room for new additions, if necessary. The kitchen has all the basic materials needed for cooking and room for additions. There is a washer/dryer. The apartment is in Outremont, close to the Mile End. There is easy access by bus to downtown, the Outremont metro is about 7 mins walk and, of course, everything is fairly close by bike. We are looking for a quiet but friendly roommate who will share in the cleaning duties, help water the plants (more are welcome) and making the living environment enjoyable.
