| English version below Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour reprendre notre bail. L’appartement se situe au demi sous-sol d’un appartement à trois logements en plein coeur de la petite italie. Le loyer inclus tout les électroménagers , soit le poêle, micro-ondes/ fanne combo, lave vaisselle, laveuse, sécheuse et un foyer électrique murale. Le loyer n’inclus pas les frais d’hydro et wifi. Ceci dit nous avons les fils pour une connexion avec Bell. Les avantages : comme c’est un demi sous-sol, il fait toujours bon l’été, pas besoin d’air climatisé. Le bain est Xlarge. On peu y relaxer aisément même si on est grand .C’est bien insonorisé, même si l’appartement est sur une rue passante, on entend jamais les voitures.Les voisins sont sympa, en haut il y a la propriétaire, au troisième une jeune famille. De plus l’appartement est à deux pas de deux stations de metro ( beaubien et jean-talon ) , du marché jean talon ainsi que de plusieurs épiceries . La raison de notre départ est simplement dû à une séparation. Un enquête de crédit et une preuve de revenus seront exigées. — We’re looking for someone to take over our lease. The appartment is in a half basement, in the heart of petite italie. The rent include all the appliances : oven, washing machine and dryer, microwave, dish washer and even a electric fireplace. The rent does not include hydro and wifi. Right now we have an internet connection and tv with Bell. Advantages : Since it’s in a half basement, it’s always cool in the summer so no need for a air conditioner. The bath is Xlarge. So anyone can enjoy it even if you’re tall ! Also even if if the location is on a busy street, we can barely hear any car from inside, it’s very quiet. The neighborhood is very friendly, upstairs is the landlord and on the third floor lives a young family. Also the appartment is close to two metro stations ( beaubien and jean-talon ) Marché jean -talon, lots of bars and grocery stores. The only reason why we’re leaving is cause we’re separated. otherwise we would have stayed. A good credit score and a proof of employment will be required Show lessShow less |
