| Superbe chambre en colocation dans un 5 1/2 sur une rue calme à Saint-Lambert près du pont Jacques-Cartier. I’m moving to a bigger and brighter apartment and I’m looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms in July + August (and potentially longer). It’s a sweeeeet apartment in Saint-Lambert: 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, open concept kitchen and dining room, living room, huge terrace, parking, close to Jacques-Cartier bridge and 5 min bus ride to Longueuil metro. Bedroom can be furnished. About me: I’m a cultural worker who sometimes works from home. I have a pretty full life outside of home, so I love to decompress when I’m there and read, paint, watch series (on my computer, I don't have a TV) or bake cookies. I’m looking for someone who’s kinda quiet like me, open-minded, and isn’t on the phone or in meetings all day if they work from home only. Also please note that it’s in a house that was built in the 50s (aka not the best sound proof), and the downstairs neighbours like their quiet as well. So if you’re used to blasting music, it def won’t be possible here unfortunately. Open to chatting about arrangements if you’re a prof who’s only in town a couple days a week. VERY queer friendly <3 The price listed includes furniture, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, heating, electricity, A/C, and wifi and is equivalent to 50% of the full rent.
