Room Details: * The room comes with a closet, dresser, two nightstands, and a queen bed with a mattress bought this summer. * The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc. * Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are also available. Availability: * The room is available from October 12th until December 23rd, with no possibility to extend as the landlord will return to the apartment during Christmas. * The lease is flexible on a month-to-month basis, making it ideal for someone looking for a short-term stay. Emplacement : * À 10-20 minutes à pied des stations de métro Beaubien (ligne orange) et D’Iberville (ligne bleue). * Situé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus et d'une station Bixi au coin de la rue. Détails de la Chambre : * La chambre comprend un placard, une commode, deux tables de nuit, et un lit queen avec un matelas acheté cet été. * L'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine complète avec four à convection, micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, etc. * Il y a aussi une machine à laver et un sèche-linge disponibles.
