| I am looking out to rent out my basement suite to suitable person. I won’t be there for most of the time : I am working in a mine on a 3week on week off schedule. The remaining 3weeks I mainly live on my sailboat. I will be in the apartment for a couple of days once I fly back into the mine from Montreal. Must be quiet person and no partying.
