| I am seeking roommates to join me in a beautiful spacious 2-level apartment with me (and my sweet cat) in Verdun on October 1. About the apartment: This beautiful Verdun apartment has 3 bedrooms with closets. I am seeking up to 2 roommates ($700 + shared hydro and internet). If just 1 roommate would like their own office space, we can split ($1050+ shared hydro and internet)! The neighborhood is lovely and calm with the best neighbors! Walkable to the great things Verdun has to offer (beach, parks, tennis courts, restaurants, bars). The apartment has all new appliances (fridge, range, dishwasher, and washer/dryer). It has a large fenced in backyard perfect for gardening, outdoor events, and storing bikes. Parking in the backyard during the winter saves time with snow plowing and on street parking available for free directly in front of the apartment. There is AC in the apartment and floorboard heaters throughout. Located on a very quiet street. Unfortunately, landlords have a 1 animal limit so cannot welcome any more pets at this time. Available October 1 with flexible move-in dates if needed! |
