Looking for a roommate for a large 5 1/2 in Verdun with front yard and backyard and AC. Available July 1st (or a bit before). The bedroom will be unfurnished. There's an office/studio space that I don't use, but the new roomie totally could! Must be ok with dogs as I have a mini australian shepherd. Musician friendly also! Ideal for a young professional, I work from home and I'm on the 9-5 schedule for the most part. Close to the green line, all the great food on wellington, verdun beach, etc.. Easy to get to McGill or Concordia from here, in less than 25 min. Internet, heating not included in the price listed**** $1021 per month
