This place is close to 8th street, 5 minutes to College Park Sobeys or shop Seven Eleven 24/7. Only need to take 1 bus to the university UoS. - You will share the kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry. - Room is available from March 1st - Rent 650$/month (already including utilities). - Month-to-month contract but prefer at least a 6 month stay. Need to inform 30 days in advance before you want to move out. - Need to pay a deposit (equal to 1 month rent) and the rent for the 1st month on the day of moving in. - No smoking, no pets, no parties, no drugs - Need 2 references (at least 1 from current landlord) - There is a bed, closet, table and chair available in the room.
