| July 1st (This is a non party house )Hello my name is Joshua I am a line cook and I am offering a spare room to be rented out there is 2 others living here. one in the master and one in the other room across from you. We keep it quiet here and we like to keep it that way . You make a mess in the bathroom clean it up right away wash your dishes right away or load them in the dish washer. No more than one house guest at a time if your smoking Do Not throw your butts on the ground. We share bathroom I clean every night before I use and so do the other renters. kitchen and living room and Landry room mostly everyone stays in there room and are quite I DO NOT TAKE GOVERNENT ASSISTED PEOPLE AS I ONLY HAD BAD TIMES AND THEY DONT PAY YOU AND YOU GOTTS USE THE RENTALS MEN TO GET THEM OUT . If your U of S student you’ll get 50 dollars off the rent with proof of enrollment |
