| Hello there! My boyfriend and I are testing the waters to see if there’s a place in Humboldt to rent for a decent price. Were recently graduated and working, wanting to move out on our own and start our lives off. We are very clean people, and would respect the place. We don’t smoke. We do want to have a pet soon being as I need one for anxiety purposes, so if that could be arrange it would be great if not that’s fine. We both work, but being as though we’re just starting out in life we don’t have credit just yet but would make sure that rent is #1 priority for payments.
