| The house is on a quiet street, near the Stadium in the Pioneer Village area. There are parks nearby. A lovely back patio, with full privacy fence all around the yard. Parking for 2 cars in the back. The home is a small wartime house, full of character and very well maintained. Laundry and storage is in the unfinished basement. There is also a shed for storage. There is a very neat little loft for an office or just to hang out. The living room has a portable air conditioner. I have an indoor cat, may be able to accommodate another if the landlord agrees. The landlord is fantastic, and looks after all issues with the home immediately. The house is furnished and has all the kitchen supplies you would need. All you need is your own bedroom furniture. I am looking for someone who values a quiet, clean and serene home. I would very much welcome someone elderly, or who has mobility issues and needs assistance in day to day tasks as I am experienced in caretaking. About the roomies I am in my 40s, a Grandmother and the only person living here. I’m quiet very clean, respectful and believe in communication, respect and privacy. I maintain the yard, keep the house clean, and rarely have people over and am looking for someone similar. |
