| I am looking for a student or working professional to rent my extra bedroom in my townhouse. Pictures are included of the house and the room. Currently it is the room I'm sleeping in but will move to my other room should someone move in. That is a king size bed in there with a full dresser. Doesn't leave much for room but if you have a small bed there is much more room for other things. Of course everything will be removed from the bedroom and closet upon successful application. I would ask that anyone who is interested be Covid conscious. My current renter has immune system issues so she would get very sick if she caught Covid. That isn't to say I expect you not to go out and do your own thing but to just be mindful of the situation. I am the owner (36M) and currently have one renter (25F). I will also mention there are three cats here so if you don't like them/are allergic then no point in reading the rest of this ad lol. My place is in Evergreen and close to bus stops, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Rent would be $700/month if you have a vehicle (you would get a parking spot with a plug-in for winter) or $600/month without a vehicle. Both rents would include all utilities and you would have full access to the house (1.5 baths, front and back decks, kitchen, laundry). Groceries can be figured out (if you want to do your own thing or split with us). The main areas of the house are already furnished so ideally you wouldn't have too much in the way of house furniture. However, that isn't to say you aren't allowed to have anything but it would need to be discussed beforehand (I'm flexible in trying to accommodate). Only thing you would for sure need is whatever you need to setup your bedroom and obviously anything for the bathroom. I do have some storage space available to keep either my things and/or your things if needed as well. |
