| Room for rent, rent negotiable. I am away a lot and my family live away from Saskatoon. I work in north Saskatchewan, week in and week out. Pregnant daughter moving to BC so I expect to be visiting a few times. I have a Golden Retriever that has been with me for 14.5 years. He will need to be let out and fed when I am not home. I also prefer someone who can shovel snow in winter (I have a snowblower) and cut the grass. I have a lawn mower. So basic chores, care for a dog. I would consider this huge and of course would negotiate rent: Netflix, Amazon Prime, basic cable but all sports channels included. |
