Close to grocery stores, a short skip to Costco, and downtown core. Bi-level house with one tenant in the basement (myself - owner) and two rooms available on the main level. There are INDOOR cats and a dog in house. Rent ($650/month) will include internet and most utilities. The room is a fair size and can easily fit a double or queen bed. Closet doors are also available (and just stored away from the previous renter.) The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are all shared. No additional pets, please. No smoking inside, no parties, no drugs. LGBTQ friendly. Various lease lengths are available. Six months minimum is preferred. Security/damage deposit if $400. References required. Background record check required. |
