| ***SEEKING A 2BEDROOM PLACE for may1st or June 1st*** Hello there we are two responsible adult females ages 59 and 33 who are seeking a long term rental, we are quiet and respectful tenants who like to keep to ourselves, we are both on disability but we get consistent and reliable cheques each month and are always on time for rent. Neither one of us are smokers or partiers. Must be pet friendly as we are the responsible pet owners of an elderly frenchie who is fully house trained. She is nearly 14 years old now, which is about how old they get. A place with a balcony, private patio or small piece of a yard would be ideal. We have been living at our current address for nearly 8 years now but our landlord wants to renovate and sell the place.
